Since 1984, Spinlab has been selling equipment worldwide to the electric utility industry.   We manufacture a line of meter and meter circuit testing equipment, which perform a ratio and burden test on the meter circuit (CT testing),  as well as testing the accuracy of any meter in the field -- all 3 phases simultaneously.  In addition, Spinlab makes peripheral devices that work with the Bird Dog Plus units including:

  • High Voltage Probe -- For measuring current on primary current transformers (CT)

  • Load Box -- For adding load to a meter circuit

  • Demagnetization Circuit -- To demagnetize CTs in the field
